Return & Refund Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Any item that could affects health protection or hygiene reasons cannot be returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Policy
After your return’s has been confirmed, you’ll be issued a Discount Voucher equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item. We do not provide cash refunds for any return orders and delivery fees, if any, won’t be refunded.
Discount Voucher can only be used once, non-transferable, non-refundable, not applicable with any other further discount and must be redeemed within 90 days from the date of issued
Return and exchanges are accepted on merchandise with the same or higher value within 7 days of the purchase receipt.
Return must be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag attached, unworn, unwashed and unaltered)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a Discount Voucher will be refunded for you, within a certain amount of days. You may use it in your next purchase.
Defect
Product might vary slightly from the pictures due to studio lighting conditions, or variances in computer screen calibration and different tech device specifications. Please kindly allow 20% of this colour variance. Request for return as defect item due to this reason will be rejected.
Minor variation in measurement (1-3cm) is not considered as defect.
Minor imperfection (small black dots/ small stain/loose thread below 1cm) which are not obvious and doesn’t affect the whole appearance of item will not considered as defect.
Exchanges/Refund
We will replace items/refund with Discount Voucher if there are manufacturing defect or damaged.

- Upload pictures of the defect with your order reference number to us
- Do complete and enclose return form provided with the returned items and mail your item(s) to the following address:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
